This ActiveCampaign dashboard visualizes many aspects of a company’s sales funnel. With this dashboard, we can answer the following questions:

How many deals have been closed and what is the total value of those deals?

How many days does it usually take to win a deal?

How many deals are in each stage of the sales funnel?

How likely is each deal to close?

Monitor ActiveCampaign Deals with Intuitive Visualizations

With this dashboard, sales leaders can analyze data from their ActiveCampaign integration across an impressive collection of cards, charts, and other visualizers.

The Date picker at the top of the ActiveCampaign dashboard lets users easily view only relevant data throughout the widgets. This filtering action is essential in any dashboard to separate the signal from the noise. The picker provides built-in options for the previous 7, 15, and 30 days, and a custom option for users to set any custom date range.

To ensure the sales team is performing at an efficient level, managers can consult several widgets that show data points and overall trends relevant to operational success. For instance, the Average Deal Value and Average Time to Win cards in the ActiveCampaign dashboard provide important information about whether sales agents are closing deals large enough worth pursuing, and whether deals are closing quickly enough. The figures provided by these cards can be used to monitor sales performance over time and set goals as well.

The Total Deals by Value Bracket bar chart helpfully recontextualizes the Average Deal Value card, showing the value of deals that are most commonly won. It provides further evidence that sales team members can use to decide which opportunities to pursue aggressively.

The Conversion Rate radial gauge provides a different look at the operational success of the sales team. Its information can be used to set sales performance goals, and it also be used as a decisive factor for undertaking new sales or marketing campaigns.

Sales Funnel Analysis Made Easy

The Deals by Stage funnel chart in the ActiveCampaign dashboard simplifies the sales funnel into just three stages: to contact, in contact, and follow up. It shows the proportions of deals in each of these stages, giving sales team leaders insight into the health of the sales pipeline.

The Deals by Status doughnut chart provides another perspective on the sales pipeline, showing the proportions of deals open, won, and lost. Using the information from these two charts, team managers can identify bottlenecks and take action immediately.

The Deal Aging by Stage bar chart complements the Deals by Stage funnel chart, breaking down the number of days on average a deal remains in each stage of the pipeline. Another informative breakdown of the sales funnel is provided by the Sales Velocity by Stage bar chart. This chart shows the daily average value of deals moving through each stage.

The final widget of the dashboard is a Deals Summary Overview data grid. This breaks down the fine details of every deal in the the ActiveCampaign integration. Users can view the deal ID, deal title, deal stage, created date, and deal value. Each column can be sorted by simply clicking on its header. Users can dive into the particulars of any deal, or scroll through casually until a data point catches their eye for further digging.
