This sales opportunities dashboard provides a detailed breakdown of a company’s opportunities and revenue. With this dashboard, we can answer the following questions:

Firstly, how many won and lost opportunities do we have compared to last month?

Secondly, how do our opportunities break down by stage and owner?

Thirdly, what are our top opportunities, accounts, and campaigns?

Finally, how does our revenue break down by campaign and month?

Review Opportunity Metrics

From tracking sales opportunities and KPIs to preparing for customer demos, sales managers have a lot on their plates. Sales opportunities dashboards like this one can help leaders review the metrics they depend on and set their teams up for success.

First, with the card widgets at the top of the dashboard, leaders can see how many opportunities the team has won and lost compared to last month. Viewers can also see several widgets relating to opportunities. For example, viewers can see opportunity stages by owner, the top 5 won opportunities, and opportunities by rating. Sales managers can also see the deals won and lost by owner, the top 5 campaigns by opportunities, opportunities by campaign type, and sales revenue by campaign. This data, along with the Top 10 Customers bar chart, can help leaders determine which campaigns and revenue sources are proving fruitful for the team.

Then, three widgets offer additional insight into revenue. The Sales by Country map outlines the revenue the team earns from given countries. Similarly, the Deals Won vs Lost Revenue area chart details won and lost revenue by month. Finally, the Estimated vs Actual Revenue chart illustrates how accurate the team’s revenue predictions have been each month.

Filter Your Data

It is also worth noting that viewers can filter the dashboard’s data using the date filter at the top of the dashboard. This feature is especially useful for leaders who wish to focus their reviews on specific periods of time.
