Can I Paginate Large Tables in a Grid Widget in Bold BI?

If a grid (table) contains hundreds or thousands of rows, is it possible to enable pagination? How can I control the number of rows displayed per page?

Yes, you can paginate large tables in the Grid widget in Bold BI. To do this: 

Enable Paging: 

  •  In the Grid widget settings, turn on the Allow Paging option under Page Settings. 


Set Page Size: 

 Specify the number of rows per page (e.g., 100 rows). 

  • For example, if your table has 500 rows and the page size is 100, the grid will display 5 pages. 

  • If your table has 1760 rows with a page size of 100, it will show 18 pages. 


This feature helps improve performance and readability for large datasets
