Is there a way to configure Bold BI so that certain users (e.g., John, Phin, and myself) receive notifications when a data source fails during refresh? I couldn’t find this option in the settings.

Yes, Bold BI supports email notifications for data source refresh failures. Here’s how you can set it up:

Configure Email Settings:

First, enable and configure the email service in Bold BI. Refer to: https://support.boldbi.com/kb/article/345/how-to-configure-mail-settings-in-bold-bi-to-receive-notification-through-mail

Add Users for Failure Notifications:

After email settings are configured, you can add internal or external recipients to receive notifications for refresh failures. Refer to: https://help.boldbi.com/site-administration/email-settings/configuration/
