We are excited to announce that Syncfusion’s Bold BI® now offers a community license for individual developers and medium businesses with less than $1 million USD in annual gross revenue, 5 or fewer developers and 10 or fewer total employees.
The Community License includes updates to newer versions and the core Bold BI platform, with up to 2 support tickets a week (paid licenses have unlimited tickets). It includes features like:

How does the Community License differ from a paid license?
The Community License offers two deployment options, the Windows installer and the Linux package. Paid licenses add Docker, Kubernetes, and Managed hosting. The Community License also excludes white labeling and Syncfusion managed hosting, limits autoscale deployment, and covers 1 embedded application with unlimited dashboards.
Can the products be used to build commercial applications?
Yes.
How long are the licenses valid?
A Community License covers 1 embedded application for 1 year and is renewable. Eligibility is reviewed once a year, and you continue to receive support and updates for new versions as long as you remain eligible.
